How to judge the faults of solenoid valves?
To conduct routine maintenance, we need to determine the common line by measurement since the color of solenoid valve coil may vary.
The following parameters of dual-flow solenoid valve coil may help us judge the common line of solenoid valve:
For the commonly used solenoid valves, the resistance value between main valve and common line is equal to the resistance value
between auxiliary valve and common line, and resistance value between main valve and auxiliary valve is twice the resistance value
between common line and main valve or auxiliary valve. Find out the common port 220N of solenoid valve mouthpiece where common
line is connected to the control board. Connect the main and auxiliary valve lines to solenoid valve mouthpiece EMV1 and EMV2 of
control board. Set the valve closing lead to 20, and perform fueling as per a fixed quantity of 5 liters. If the flow rate dose not drop when
4.5liter is reached (in other words, low flow is not available), the auxiliary valve line of main valve is connected reversely, just change over
