ROME, Ga. -- The Kroger fuel center in Rome will re-open on Wednesday after completing its facility upgrades.
A spokesperson for Kroger said the Kroger grocery store adjacent to the fuel center is still being remodeled, to be finished in the spring of 2013. The new fuel center includes two new fuel dispensers and a new diesel fuel pump, making a total of 14 fueling pumps, eight of which offer diesel.
"The Rome community is extremely important to us and expanding the Fuel Center, along with other store improvements, will offer even more choices and convenience for our customers," Glynn Jenkins, director of communications and public relations for Kroger's Atlanta Division said. The new fuel center is at the Kroger located on 1476 Turner McCall Blvd.
