Introduction to the VR of gas station

Since 1960s, Japan and USA has focused on the technology of VR.They had successfully developed a series of VR devices such as active carbon adsorption,weak adsorption and condensate oil and gas recovery unit. This year Germany also introduced a new device which adopts the membrane separation technology. VR technology has been further development
VR system includes three stages:VR-I,VR-II and VR-III. VR-I is also called oil unloading vapor recovery system, it refers to recycling the vaporgenerated during oil unloading back to the storage tank in a closed mode. Collecting the vapor into the underground storage tanks during refueling is known as the VR-II. Then through processing of the membrane type condensate vapor liquefaction device part of the vapor which has been collected into the underground storage is compressed and condensed into gasoline. Not into gasoline partial will be separated by the membrane, the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere andhigh concentration vapor is recycled into the storage tank, this step is called VR-III.
 Significance of VR for gas station: 1.alleviate the pollution caused by oil and gas diffusion; 2.protect the health of station staff and the surrounding residents; 3. prevent fire and explosion resulted by the spread of oil; 4.great economic benefits; 5. can shorten the safe distance of the gas station to the surrounding buildings.
